Our events offer low-barrier access to preventative health care, community and social services to the people of North York.
What are CHIFs?
Community Health & Information Fairs (CHIFs) are co-designed with community partners to improve health and wellness in high-needs neighbourhoods in North York.
The CHIFs support a wide range of health and social needs, focusing on educating community members and connecting them to local services. Our team works in partnership with primary care providers, community health centres, health care, community and social service organizations to deliver care directly to the community.

Preventative care - diabetes screening, blood pressure and blood sugar checks
Cancer screening programs - including HPV tests on-site
Information about health and community programs and services
